hey there! i’m Jorge. i’m a miami-based stage lighting designer that specializes in many areas of the art. from events small to large, with 10 or 10,000 in attendance, i’ve been able to use the art of lighting to put a smile on those in the crowd enjoying the show.

this passion of mine started when i was eleven years old. ever since i was a young child i was always interested in the lighting of shows and concerts, and one day, after seeing a christmas lightshow someone put on outside of their house, i decided to recreate it. when i did, my church’s youth group leader referred me to my church’s lighting crew. i learned incredibly quickly, and it led to today, where i now program, operate, and design lighting for shows.

i operate lighting on the grandMA2 and grandMA3. in addition, i also can draw plots and design lighting using a combination of Vectorworks and Depence R4 or Capture for any show according to your needs.
